1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Returns are accepted for defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory items that meet our return conditions.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Return Instructions

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  4. Inspection & Processing

3. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
